Maxine and Her Legacy: On-Going Conversations and Investigations

Please join us at The New School for Social Research on February 8th from 3-5 pm for a discussion around Chapter Nine "Teaching for Openings" from Releasing the Imagination by Maxine Greene.

This opportunity, a first in a planned series, will be led by scholar, Michael Gillespie, and teaching artist, John Toth. Both of these presenters are familiar with Greene's scholarship and the practice of aesthetic education.  Holly Fairbank will moderate on engagement, transaction and inquiry in relation to works of art.

There will be a suggested donation of $10 at the door and is free to members of The Maxine Greene Center.

Please RSVP to info@maxinegreene.org
